Competency Products
Work Commitment:
Candidate creates four Competency Products
(one per semester)
Learning Options:
Candidates choose a learning option at the beginning of each semester. They have the option to either remain in that same option for the duration of their program, or mix and match throughout each semester of the program.

Content Cadres:
Experience deep professional learning in a "Community of Practice" style group. We have Content Cadres for all of our Content Focus Areas.
​
Professional Development:
Utilize on-going PD opportunities to fulfill this component. PD must support your Content Focus Area and must be approved by Elevate Academy. Many national/state conferences, and other providers are pre-approved.
​
Microcredentials:
Engage in self-paced modules that fit program criteria. Elevate Academy can work with you to select top-notch microcredentials that will enhance your experience.
​
University Coursework:
Pair university coursework with our program to fulfill this component. This is a good option if you need university coursework for an endorsement, dual credit credential, etc., but the coursework hours alone are not enough to earn a rank change.
